WayWiser transition plan:
FAQs and Next Steps for Users

WayWiser has joined Community Wellness, a company focused on providing innovative support for caregivers and families. As part of this transition, we’re consolidating resources to better align with Community Wellness’s mission and focus.

The mobile apps have already been discontinued. The desktop browser app will remain accessible at app.waywiser.life until March 31, 2025.

We recommend taking the following steps:

  • Download any documents you’ve uploaded to the Family Vault by following the instructions provided.
  • Copy and save information from your appointments, contacts, notes, and lists in a secure location outside of the WayWiser app.
  1. Log in to the desktop app at app.waywiser.life.
  2. Navigate to the Family Vault in the left-hand menu.
  3. Locate the document you’d like to download and click Actions on the right.
  4. Select Download from the dropdown menu.

The document will save to your computer’s Downloads folder.

After this date, all data on the WayWiser platform will be permanently deleted and will no longer be accessible. We strongly recommend saving all important information before this date.

No, documents can only be downloaded by the person who originally uploaded them. If you need assistance, consider logging in together to download files.
