How To Reset your password

From the login screen in your browser or the mobile app:

1. Choose “Login”
2. Under “Login,” Click “Forgot Password?”
3. Enter the email associated with your account
4. Click “Send Reset Password Email”
5. Check the email associated with your account – you will receive an email from WayWiser
6. Within the email, you will receive a 4-digit code
7. Reopen the web browser or mobile app where you chose “Forgot Password?” 
8. Enter the 4-digit code
9. Click “Continue”
10. Reset your password
11. Login
